That’s the check number that just cleared for the Chequamegon Fat Tire 40, so I got in via the lottery system!!!! September 19 there there’s going to be 40 miles of constant pedal power. Last year I pulled it off in a 2:39:14 and if things go well maaaybeee I’d like to shoot for let’s say, I dunno a 2:30ish somewhere around or about?? That would put me roughly 130 racers ahead of where I finished last year. Yup in the span of those 9 minutes 130 racers crossed the line, incredible. That of course would mean I’d have to avoid the bicycle demons that got ahold of me LAST YEAR.
