Here are some pics from the CX nationals on Sunday
Got a hot and long session in at Rays mtn bike park in MKE. $17 in Redbulls, Gatorades and of course gummy bears. A Rays essential those gummies. Good turn out then by 6P we started to have the place to ourselves. Last week an off the bike excursion helped me join the Handle Bar Bruise Club. You know…… The HBBC.
In bike news the Cyclocross National Championship Race is going to be held in Madison tomorrow. Theres a live feed on the USA CYCLING website. Stars n Stripe are getting handed out in Badger State Park. Lets hope for some more reasonable weather.
Well we got some good time put in on the DJ bikes. Definitely need to get back into Ray’s shape. Jumping around puts some strain on u.

Well its december and in the mid 40′s? I cant ever remember temps like these. Soon as i figure how to upload pics from my phone this site might actually start having something on it.
Couple of noteworthy events. The twitter feed is active so follow us there and also theres been memtion of getting registered for the 24 before the year ends. That’ll save us some $$$$.
