Pedaled at the Kettle

Headed out to the Kettle this mornin with Chesney and the Doc.  Moderate 23 mile ride, blue trail and connector.  No Emma per JT’s absentee vote.  Everybody took turns pulling, no problems on the connector (the curse has been reversed!), 2 hours and 6 minutes later back on four wheels and headed back to Rat Town.  My recovery meal consisted of Ham and Lorraine Swiss (I don’t do Baby) on Rye and some of my fave leftover LuFro corn and bean salsa.  Also enjoyed my favorite recovery drink (per Russell’s original and excellent suggestion) a nice cold Peeber – the ONLY beer to ever win the blue ribbon.  A few more peebers to help with yard work and trimmin some bushhhhh…….es  ’n shit and now I am exhausted and done until dinner.  Peace out boys.
